Sarah has been reading children's books for over two decades, but only the past six years to her own two children. Sarah met Maria when they both were Barnes & Noble Bookstore 'cafe girls' serving Starbucks coffee, while spending too much of their income on books. They roomed together in college and raised their kids together with play dates. Her family has recently relocated to the Pacific Northwest from the Midwest. The Well-Read Sleepyhead children's literature review blog was founded by the two lit-lovers, 1800 miles apart, so they could continue to share their great finds!
Mia grew up with a voracious love for books. Her book collection has only grown over the years, and she happily continues to collect the written word... even as her shelves groan with the weight of volumes and the piles teeter with the threat of toppling over.
